Foundational Support Plan

A monthly coaching & support option for families who want consistent guidance without paying hourly for every need.

Monthly Fee: $140

Includes:

• 1 Monthly Check-In Session
  A scheduled touchpoint to review progress, address concerns, and adjust supports.

• Up to 2 Hours of Support Services Each Month, such as:

  • IEP review

  • Program or resource research

  • Drafting or reviewing communications

  • Preparation for school meetings
    (This represents a $10/month savings compared to my standard rate of $75/hour.)

Additional Services:

• Additional Coaching/Support Time: billed at $75/hour

• Advocacy Services (e.g., attending IEP meetings): billed at $90/hour
